- • Although the host initially seemed kind and helpful, unfortunately, we ended up with an unpleasant experience. We couldn't park our car directly at the house, so about 10 minutes after the agreed time, we were able to take our luggage down from the apartment, which made the owner, who arrived in the meantime, raise his voice indignantly and practically threw us out, saying our luggage was still there. Of course, we apologized several times, but it seemed like he didn't even hear us. We have never been spoken to by a host in this manner. We will avoid this accommodation in the future. In response, we did arrive a day earlier, which we paid for, just like every night. Although we haven't received a receipt for this yet. If you think that renting out an accommodation depends on goodwill, you don't understand the essence of hospitality. This is a service we paid for. Fortunately, there are plenty of hosts in Eger who understand their guests and do not treat them as if they are doing them a favor. Of course, we will avoid their apartment. His style is deeply disturbing!
We were very satisfied with everything, the host was very kind and provided comprehensive information. The accommodation was extremely homely and comfortable. It had a real life to it, not just an apartment serving a function. It provided a pleasant atmosphere for us. It was carefully furnished, and we could have comfortably stayed for a longer period.

Great location, close to the thermal baths, market, castle... The apartment is nice. The staff is friendly. We were with a child and there were even toys.

The host is kind, flexible, and helpful. The accommodation is beautiful, clean, good-smelling, and quiet. Extremely well-equipped. All attractions are close by, we didn't even need to use the car.
