We are satisfied with this stay, but next time we will look for something in a nicer area.

- • Overall, it is a very small apartment, and in the photos, it looks spacious. It is already tight for three people if you spend more time in it. The bathroom lacks a small cabinet for cosmetics or clothes. The location is okay in terms of communication, but it is one of the poorer districts of Madrid, so one should not expect resort-like conditions. The air conditioning is above one of the beds, so you cannot sleep because the AC is loud and shines with blue light - either AC or sleep.
Practical for a weekend stay.
The apartment is very well equipped. With a coffee maker and coffee details for a welcome. Spacious bathroom. What we liked the most is being able to have a room to store luggage and enjoy the last day without the need to carry it around.

- • The location is close to a metro stop. And, although the neighborhood is safe, it is not one of the touristy ones where I have stayed other times that I like more.

The accommodation was clean and had everything necessary for our stay. The host is friendly and available for all questions. The location is 5 minutes from the metro station and the nearest market and restaurant.

Great location! 3-5 minutes walk to the subway, the room space is quite large, there is a kitchen for use with necessary supplies provided, very thoughtful and convenient for preparing breakfast every day. The team responds very quickly to any questions. During the stay, a child accidentally broke a glass, after informing the team, they replied not to blame the child and no compensation is needed, really nice! Will definitely choose to stay here again next time in Madrid.
