Very nice location and quiet. Nevertheless, easily accessible to the city center by metro. Great breakfast. Everything to feel comfortable

NICE HOTEL, BUT...

A pleasant hotel located in a quiet, green district of Oslo. Nearby walking routes, bike paths, sports facilities. Metro station 8 minutes away by a pleasant walk. Spacious room, well-equipped, tasty breakfast, large parking, on-site restaurant.

  • In the morning, we were unpleasantly awakened. The staff decided to start a pressure washer under the guests' windows. At 7.20, an unpleasant noise woke us up, effectively getting us out of bed. I don't understand why they couldn't wait until 9.00. The day before, we traveled 700 kilometers and really wanted to sleep longer. We were also bothered by the bathroom door. The installed spring was very strong, and entering the room required a lot of force. After 10 attempts, you could feel tired.

The best hotel you can find in Oslo! Quiet and cozy, incredible view from the window. We slept great and woke up to the birds singing. The breakfast is quite varied but can get boring if you stay for 3 or more days. The hotel is more like a museum with a lot of paintings. Parking costs 180 NOK per day, which is much cheaper than leaving your car anywhere on the streets of Oslo. Special thanks to the very friendly manager Ihor! He told us about the history of the hotel, gave us a mini tour, and helped with all the questions and check-in, which made our vacation unforgettable. We will definitely come back again soon!

  • Not a minus but it might be useful for travelers to know. The hotel is located high up on a mountain, so it might be more difficult and take longer to get there by public transport than by car. In everything else, this is a perfect place!
