- • Some of the kitchen utensils, such as the knives and forks, were dirty, and the TV table was dusty. The showerhead in the bathroom was quite low, so you had to sit down while showering. The walls of the apartment are quite thin, so at night you could hear noise from the neighboring apartment, as well as the sound of the toilet flushing from the apartment above.

Good location, Secure parking, Extremely disappointed with the apartment, NOT LUXURY, too expensive!
The location was brilliant and the private secure parking was fantastic!!!! This was really my only positives about the stay.

- • Definitely not Luxury - as there were different apartments listed I was unable to choose which one I was paying for, so it was a gamble when we arrived (Black sofa in Pictures) I was extremely disappoint with having paid the amount of money I had! The whole place just felt grubby, worn and cheap in all honesty. Given there was lots of space, the facilities were poor everything just felt tired, I would have expected a property like this for half the price! The owner should definitely drop the 'luxury' from the title when listed, as this is one thing it is not! To add, it fails to mention the loud, busy railway which you can hear all day and most of the night. There are many better places to stay near here, some of which are actual Luxury apartments which I have previously stayed in and should have gone back to them this time, Lesson learnt.
We had a great stay here and will definitely book here again when next in Cardiff.

- • There needs to be a few more kitchen items & utensils added, it seemed a bit lacking in kitchen basics.

Great location for a city centre stay!
The apartment is in a brilliant location. Despite being near the station and having windows open due to heat it wasn’t particularly noisy. The apartment is well equipped and well decorated. The beds were really comfortable and the fans provided were really effective despite us being in a heatwave. Communication with the host was good throughout.

- • As many others have said, we all ended up using the en-suite shower as there is no shower curtain in the main bathroom so really it’s only suitable to use the bath as we didn’t want to risk soaking the bathroom. The sky tv had no signal throughout our stay- it wasn’t a major issue for us as we didn’t spend much time at the apartment but could be for others.

- • Noisy at night due to trains Pillows were uncomfortable No shower curtain so had to mop after each use
