An outstanding stay with excellent service, a fantastic location, and a beautiful property—only affected by the unusual
The property was exceptional in every way. It was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. The location was great close to bus and train to everywhere. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always eager to help. Even though, they didn’t have a luggage store facility, they still assisted in finding alternative which we considered going an extra mile.

- • The only downside was that, due to the unusually high temperatures during my stay, the apartment became quite warm. It appeared to have limited windows and ventilation, making it difficult to keep the room cool. Under normal weather conditions, this may not be an issue, but during a summer heatwave it was noticeable.
Enjoyed the property, service was prompt when needed, will definitely use them again.

Large modern spacious apartment. Loved the 2 en-suite bedrooms. Very well equipped and secure

We had a great stay in a lovely apartment and would definitely book again.
Property is very central for shopping area, pier, marina so easy to get around without using the car. Security system very good. Apartment was very clean, tidy and comfortable. We like the duplex layout and bedrooms very nice and comfortable. All bedding very fresh and clean. Very impressed with quality of towels which were packed individually for each guest with bath sheet and bath towel. Kitchen facilities very good and equipment good quality.

- • There isn’t anything we didn’t like about the property but just a couple of things we noticed that may need attention. The right-hand side bedroom shower temperature could not be regulated. It was just permanently mega hot and the control very stiff. The fridge, although only on low temperature, actually froze fruit and other items so may need attention.

- • We recently stayed at this apartment for two weeks and unfortunately were very disappointed. The property is advertised as a “luxury apartment” and the photos look fantastic, but the reality was very different. Cleanliness was a major issue from the moment we arrived. There was a mouldy banana and stale bagels left in one of the cupboards, multiple cobwebs around the apartment and windows, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. While sitting in the bath you could clearly see black grime around the toilet bowl, and the toilet brush itself was covered in brown staining which was unpleasant. The oven and grill area were also dirty, with leftover fish finger crumbs and food debris still on the grill tray from previous guests. The overall condition of the furnishings also did not match the “luxury” description. The sofa and rug were both in poor condition, with marks, damage and chunks missing from the rug. One of the chairs was filthy with visible dirt marks, and one of the pillows on the bed had a white stain on it, which was honestly disgusting. There were also maintenance and safety issues throughout the apartment. The bathroom door latch would not stay closed unless locked, and there was an extremely loud extraction fan running constantly which guests are apparently not allowed to turn off. It became very irritating during our stay. The balcony also appeared poorly maintained and potentially unsafe, with sections of the wooden flooring lifting up. There were cigarette butts left across the balcony floor which added to the lack of cleanliness. Noise was another major issue. The apartment is very loud due to constant traffic outside, and there is also a train running nearby until late at night, so expect regular noise throughout your stay. Some advertised amenities were also inaccurate. The listing states there is a gym on site, however signs on the gym clearly state it has been permanently closed since August 2025.

- • Sofa so uncomfortable, beds length not normal as feet hang off, door to balcony had gap so flies kept coming in to light. Dusty and needs better cleaning staff.
Outstanding apartment, Really Modern, Spacious and comfortable
Everything, from the Klevio app for the keys to the overall amazing stay in the comfort of this Apartment, it was ideal for where we were attending and only a short walk to the seafront, the cleanliness and over all design of this place is stunning, modern open plan downstairs, with two immaculate bedrooms both with en suite upstairs, we can’t wait to go back but for longer next time as one night wasn’t enough. Imran was really helpful throughout the booking, I would really recommend this place to everybody who wants a comfortable few days away, we absolutely loved it there.
