Stylish, modern, easy escape. Really good find in an ideal location
Very modern, spacious, clean and with a great set up. The TV is massive! Close to Cardiff, but also close to everything in Penarth including a Sainsbury’s Local and a Costa.

- • The apartment did not match the luxury standard advertised. It looked much better in the photos than in reality. The rug was untidy, the sofa was dusty with stained seats, and the bedding had an unpleasant odour. The kitchen was poorly stocked, with only a tiny amount of washing-up liquid, an old sponge, and a single laundry pod provided. Many of the pans and utensils were burnt and worn. Overall, the apartment lacked comfort and did not feel welcoming or homely.

An outstanding stay with excellent service, a fantastic location, and a beautiful property—only affected by the unusual
The property was exceptional in every way. It was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. The location was great close to bus and train to everywhere. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always eager to help. Even though, they didn’t have a luggage store facility, they still assisted in finding alternative which we considered going an extra mile.

- • The only downside was that, due to the unusually high temperatures during my stay, the apartment became quite warm. It appeared to have limited windows and ventilation, making it difficult to keep the room cool. Under normal weather conditions, this may not be an issue, but during a summer heatwave it was noticeable.
Enjoyed the property, service was prompt when needed, will definitely use them again.
Close to everything, comfortable and modern.
