Great for smokers ... not so much for non-smokers.
The location was excellent - an easy walk to some excellent restaurants and the lake. The facilities were quite comfortable and I got a good night's sleep.

- • The apartment smelled of cigarettes. The apartment "rules of house" apparently have a non-smoking requirement, however, when my wife and I checked in there was a strong cigarette odour that was trying to be masked with an air purifier and some strong air freshener that could not eliminate the smell. The strength of the odour indicated to me that it wasn't a recent, last occupier issue, but rather that a number of smokers had occupied the premises, maybe over a period of time. It was very noticeable when we checked in, and then again when we returned to the apartment after dinner.
