- • Indeed, the neighborhood situation was not the most welcoming, like much of Athens today, although it went unnoticed.
Recommend
Access was very easy, no need to worry about any keys or anything complicated. The cleanliness is impeccable, both outside and inside the building and the apartment. Airy, modernly equipped, with USB and even type C sockets, fully equipped kitchen, very beautiful and large bathrooms. The quality of the mattress was the secret to an excellent sleep. We arrived in Athens with severe back pain, slept great every night and woke up rested. The hosts helped us and we managed to check in more than an hour before the scheduled time, so we could leave our luggage and go on the already scheduled tours. We had water and 4 coffee capsules complimentary, and we really liked that right next to the building there is a bakery where we could get a freddo cappuccino or an excellent frappé. The metro station is a 4-minute walk away and we found some very good restaurants nearby, so the experience lived up to expectations.

Very disappointing value for money for Greece and Athens. I do not recommend.
The positive points are: The responsiveness of the people on WhatsApp, The provision of towels and hygiene products/soaps, Metro 5 minutes walk away, Overall cleanliness of the building.

- • Unfortunately, with my partner, we encountered a large number of issues that I believe are important to mention. First accommodation: dysfunctional air conditioning (very annoying given the heat...), WC splashing water on the floor despite the seat, urine smell in the shower, lack of shutters in our room (photo on the ad where there are tiles facing the bed), missing light bulb on the balcony, broken hand and shower soap. Never having any staff on site, I was able to contact someone on WhatsApp who moved me to another accommodation the next day and admitted to being aware of the air conditioning, WC problems, etc. Second accommodation: very weak water pressure, long delay to get hot water (5 minutes), inability to adjust the temperature of the air conditioners and the surprise of a guest on the balcony (see photo). Furthermore, it is important to know that the building stands out on the street as it is in the middle of a rather disadvantaged neighborhood, so be careful when going out at night.
Comfortable, ideal for resting.
The apartment is very good for four people, having two bathrooms is a plus. Very nice, spacious, comfortable, and clean.

- • What we liked least was the location, far from the center, although we had a metro station very close.
