Ideal for visiting NY
In our experience, the hotel proved to be perfect: an incredible location very close to Times Square and practically 50 meters from Bryant Park, very close to several subway stops, very clean, quite modern and recent, very well organized, exceptional staff. Very kind staff. The bar/restaurant on the ground floor is really very good, recommended. I believe it is difficult to find a better hotel to visit NY.

- • The air conditioning temperature was too low for us Italians: even adjusting the temperature to the maximum (warmer), it was still too cold for us. We solved it by turning off the air conditioning for the entire stay, although cold air still came from a vent near the room entrance, and it was not possible to control it from the room thermostat.

Great location, but the room was too dark
Fantastic location right next to Bryant Park, with clean rooms and a solid breakfast. Most of the staff were friendly and pleasant, although the lady who checked us in was unnecessarily rude.

- • Our room had no view and very little natural light, which made it feel quite dark. Unstable WiFi. Overall, a convenient stay with a great location, but the room and check-in experience could have been better.
