  • Booked through Booking.com and stayed at LS Hotel Johor. Upon arrival, the staff informed us that there were no standard rooms available anymore and only Premier Rooms were left, so we had no choice but to pay extra for an upgrade. This was quite disappointing as the booking should have been honored properly. Additionally, one of the Indian staff at the counter showed a very bossy attitude when we asked for bottled water. Instead of assisting properly, we were told to refill water from a water filter station, which looked dirty and unhygienic. Overall, the experience was not pleasant and I would not really recommend this place.
