The staff's attention was exceptional, we were on our honeymoon and they made our stay very special. The ship is modern, the room is large and clean, the wifi worked well. Everything was impeccable.

- • There wasn't any wifi on the 3rd floor, however, this was mentioned as one of the facilities when booking. The wifi was only available on the first two floors.

- • Unfortunately, the boat is a bit old, it needs to be renovated. Also, the upper deck was unfortunately not well utilized! It could be made more usable with more sun loungers and umbrellas.

- • We booked a 2-night 3-day cruise, but in reality, we did 2 single-day cruises. I was expecting to cruise more and further into Ha Long Bay.
The staff made this experience very special, everyone was always friendly and very caring. It was an overall great experience.

The staff were wonderful, the boat manager was very informative and witty. Our waitress 'Cherry' was extremely sweet.
It felt authentic, was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable

- • Lacking in comfortable seating on the top deck, a few more sun loungers and comfortable chairs with some sort of padding would have improved the experience
