Servicio muy completo y una atención inmejorable.
La atención del personal fue muy buena, en especial la de las zonas húmedas. La información es clara, queda cerca del centro, no a una cuadra, pero sí cerca. Tiene parqueadero y se siente muy seguro el hotel.

- • Me gustó mucho, no lo siento como un lugar para ir en pareja, aunque tiene spa y zonas húmedas. De resto no hubo ningún inconveniente con nada. Nos fue muy bien.

Amazing 😁 Beautiful hotel - wonderful staff - so lovely and helpful 😊 Gorgeous room - so comfy and relaxing.. Amazing view of the mountain and the town.. A jaccuzi and fire and tv that actually worked properly and windows that open for fresh air 💜 No 'one hour limit' on the jaccuzi *worth checking before you book as some hotels have limits and no ability to change heat or jet or any settings* you can use as long as you want and can control the hot and cold taps as well as the jets.. Did I mention how wonderful the staff are?!! Delicious fresh coffee (and hot water for tea etc - all supplied at no extra cost) available all times - self serve.. Just brilliant 👍 Excellent location- a short walk into the main square/ tow., and 2 good supermarkets just a minute walk from the hotel..lovely heated swimming pool/ jaccuzi and steam room... Karim in the spa/ pool area is fantastic 👌 I couldn't rate this hotel high enough- 100/ 10. Would definitely recommend and if I return will definitely stay again.. In fact we extended our stay as it was so wonderful 😁

- • Recomendaría tener una silla en la habitación. Si la habitación está libre sería muy bueno que la pudieran entregar sin costo. Esto haría que se sienta mucho mejor el servicio.

- • Mi experiencia en este alojamiento no fue satisfactoria debido a la falta de claridad y coherencia entre lo que se publica y lo que realmente se ofrece. En la descripción del hotel se indica que las habitaciones cuentan con plancha de ropa; sin embargo, esto no es cierto. No existe plancha disponible en la habitación y, en su lugar, el hotel cobra $10.000 por cada prenda, lo cual en ningún momento es informado previamente. Esto resulta engañoso, ya que se presenta como un servicio incluido cuando en realidad es un cobro adicional. Adicionalmente, el desayuno presenta diferencias dependiendo del canal de reserva. A los huéspedes que reservan por Booking se les ofrece un menú distinto, más limitado, lo cual tampoco es informado de manera clara al momento de realizar la reserva. Estas situaciones evidencian que las condiciones del servicio no son transparentes ni están claramente informadas, lo que afecta la experiencia del usuario y genera una percepción de falta de seriedad. Recomiendo al establecimiento revisar y ajustar la información publicada para que sea veraz, completa y coherente con el servicio realmente prestado.
