Good location in Villa de Leyva
The friendliness of the employees, the wet area, and the organization for breakfasts. Close enough to the main square of Villa de Leyva to walk around and at the same time away from its noise (it was a kite festival and there was an orchestra until dawn!) so you could rest perfectly at the hotel

Excellent location and service, but with aspects to improve
My experience at the hotel was generally good. The location seemed excellent to me, about five blocks from the square, and having private parking for guests is a very favorable point. The staff was always very attentive and friendly, and overall I liked the hotel.

- • There were some aspects that significantly affected our stay. The bed made noise and, above all, the acoustic insulation of the rooms is a point that they should improve. The noises from nearby rooms could be heard very clearly: conversations, doors, drawers, and even other guests playing games until about 2:00 a.m., which made rest quite difficult. Another aspect that disappointed us was the schedule to request the activation of the room's jacuzzi. It was only possible to request its activation until 11:00 p.m., and since we arrived after that time both nights due to the activities we had during the day, we finally could not use it. We had specifically chosen a room with a jacuzzi thinking of being able to relax upon returning after a day of activities, so this restriction prevented us from enjoying one of the services that interested us the most.
