THE FACILITIES WERE VERY CLEAN. THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT, CLOSE TO FIFTH AVENUE, THERE WERE MANY PLACES TO EAT.

Perfect stay in Playa del Carmen
This is a city hotel in Playa del Carmen, the location is perfect for walking around and finding restaurants and doing some shopping. The parking is very convenient. From this hotel we visited Chichén Itzá, beautiful Valladolid, Tulum and the whole area including cenotes. Strongly recommend this hotel for its central location, clean and comfortable rooms. As I am coeliac, they separately made some eggs in the kitchen during breakfast to avoid cross-contamination, which is very helpful for coeliac or gluten-free people.

Hotel near Playa Del Carmen
In a good location next to 5th Avenue. The room was very hot initially but then it cooled down. No AC in the lobby or breakfast area and it was super hot. Breakfast was not good at all. It served its purpose for the time being.
