A nice place to stay in the city center
It's located in the city center and clean. It's nice to get around and I asked for a high floor in advance, so I was thankful for that. The breakfast was delicious. I liked the pho and more.

Great location, comfortable but very large rooms, and a very busy hotel.
The hotel was beautiful but very large. It was well-situated, with local restaurants and the beachfront within walking distance. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and clean.

- • The breakfast area is large and busy. They also have a second area on a different floor that they open when the hotel is full. They claim it has the same food, but the selection is definitely smaller than in the main breakfast area.

- • Upon check-in, there were stains on the chairs in the room, a layer of dust and food wrappers under the bed, as if they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and a dirty balcony door. Had to go to reception and ask for cleaning.

- • Elevators were overcrowded and stopped at every floor on the way down to breakfast, which took a long time as we were on the 38th floor. Not enough elevators for the number of guests. Noisy music played until 1am. Staff pressured us to leave a good review upon check-out, oversaw the review, and submitted it on our behalf.

- • Being woken up at 4:30 am one day by housekeeping - good thing I had the door latch engaged!
