We spent a night at the hotel without breakfast. The staff, although not speaking English, was very accommodating, even recommended a tour at the floating market. The room is new, was clean.

Staff need improvement
Room looks cute, with a balcony and a large window to make the room airy and bright. In the room, there is a table and a makeup mirror. The bathroom amenities are very luxurious, including cotton swabs; the shampoo and shower gel are also very smooth. There is an elevator.

- • The room is too small, so the air conditioner blows directly at you when lying down, which can make your throat and nose dry. The male staff at the reception desk is not very friendly. The staff's responses on booking are like a robot, not human. I asked in Vietnamese but kept getting copy-pasted answers in English. I had to call the front desk number to contact them. The female front desk staff only answered my second call and said she was busy in the kitchen earlier. I find the hotel unprofessional for not having someone answering the phone 24/7. The male front desk staff during my stay was just okay, not entirely welcoming.
