We spent a night at the hotel without breakfast. The staff, although not speaking English, was very accommodating, even recommended a tour to the floating market. The room is new and clean.

The room has a cute view, with a balcony and a large window that makes the room airy and bright. There is a table and a makeup mirror in the room. The bathroom amenities are very luxurious, including cotton swabs; the shampoo and shower gel are also very smooth. There is an elevator.

- • The room is too small, so the air conditioner blows directly on you when lying down, causing a dry throat and nose. The male staff at the reception desk is not very friendly. The staff's responses on booking are like a robot, not human. I asked in Vietnamese, but they kept copying and pasting English responses. I had to call the room number to contact the reception. The female receptionist only answered my second call, saying she was busy in the kitchen. I find it unprofessional for the hotel not to have someone answering the phone 24/7. The male receptionist during my stay was just okay, not entirely welcoming.
