Simply the best service you will ever experience. From the moment I walked in they were attentive to every need.
Erick and Edgar at the bar are phenomenal! They are super knowledgeable about their craft and if they don’t have what you want, they will go out of their way to get it. I asked for a Penicilin cocktail at the bar and they didn’t have ginger syrup, so they made it right in front of me. The way they accommodate your every need is unheard of in the U.S. I am super impressed.

Awesome accommodations and service!
Check-in was very smooth and accommodating. The bartender was also mixing awesome cocktails and Jose in the restaurant was fantastic and that he was there every need and made the experience impeccable!

A PRIVILEGED LOCATION NEAR OTHER SQUARES, ALL THE HOTEL STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. THE BREAKFAST VERY GOOD AND THE COMFORT OF THE ROOM THE BEST. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

The staff is fantastic and second to none! The breakfast crew led by the Chef Montse is awesome! She really goes out of her way to make sure the customer is happy. The hostess Blanca and the rest of the staff are also great. Alexa in the lounge and Josue in the front desk are also amazing! I truly recommend this hotel and their fantastic staff!

Good, but you ALWAYS have to fight with the staff to get an INVOICE.

- • On several occasions when asking for the invoice, you ALWAYS have to fight with the staff since their first response is always "we can't because you booked through Booking".... after arguing the issue and having a bad time, finally they agree and send it to you. But they want to see your face.... and that makes the experience very annoying. In my case, it was Miss ITZEL at the reception who didn't want to issue the invoice, then she just sent an email without the stay details (hoping I wouldn't notice) etc... VERY ANNOYING
Fantastic service
I came to Guadalajara on a business trip, as a vegan who doesn't speak Spanish I was concerned I'd struggle to eat. The hotel itself is well equipped, in a great location and well presented, all the staff are nice but the staff running breakfast were fantastic. Blanca or Erick met me every morning and remembered who I was and that I needed food specifically made. They helped coordinate and made me feel welcome and well looked after. Esmerelda and the kitchen staff went out of their way to make me something special every single day, even going out to get ingredients they didn't normally have. The food was amazing and I got to experience some Mexican food I'd never had before. Will definitely be keen to return next time business brings me here
