- • The air conditioning was not working, so in the middle of August we were very hot, having to open the windows with the noise from the street coming into the room. The shower could be improved since little water came out. Communication with the staff (only via WhatsApp as there was no one at the reception upon arrival) is limited to the use of a translator, as they do not speak to you in any language other than Italian.
The lady is very kind, convenient location for the price.

Close to the station and the historic center of Naples. The room is in very good condition, clean, with a bathroom, fridge, and air conditioning.

- • There was no information in the description that the elevator requires 10-cent coins. It was not a problem, but you had to remember to have the right change.
