Great stay in Hue
Excellent hotel and service. We didn’t realize we booked the Level experience, but were pleasantly surprised. The hotel treated us like royalty, making sure everything was perfect. Great stay!

Beautiful hotel in the city centre
Located in the city centre in one of the tallest buildings. The room was spacious. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast had good variety. I recommend getting the level deluxe room to receive a free afternoon cocktail and canapés which were really good

Fantastic Hotel!
We stayed at the Melia Vinpearl this week while visiting the Imperial City. It's the tallest building in the city and close walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The rooms and view are fantastic. We were on the 14th floor of 34 and still felt like we had a skyline line view. The breakfast is very expansive with both asian local favorites and classic western options. We also used the fitness center everyday. It's large, modern with all the equipment. The pool is inside/outside on the 8th floor so it is shielded from the intense sun. We used the pool everyday. Lastly, the service was fantastic. The front desk, housekeeping and all other staff couldn't be more helpful. A special thank you to Ms Thao Le who contacted me as I left something and she wanted to help me if I wanted it returned. I will definitely return to the hotel.

Comfort, but not 5 stars
Our stay at the Meliá Vinpearl was generally pleasant, thanks to the spacious room and the lovely comfortable bed with lots of pillows. It was also very nice that the room was available earlier on arrival, which was greatly appreciated after the journey. However, there were a few points that unfortunately did not quite meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. It was mentioned on Booking.com that an upgrade might be available with an occupancy of 60% or less, but this was not mentioned during check-in. Additionally, the mentioned F&B credit of 150,000 VND per person at check-in was only valid for food in the all-day dining restaurant, and ultimately only 250,000 VND total for the room. This did not correspond to how it was communicated in advance. The cleanliness also fell short. There was quite a bit of dust on higher surfaces and there were hairs behind the curtains. Additionally, the sink was not draining well and there was no turndown service, which we found quite surprising for a hotel in this category. Because our stay was short, we did not report these issues during the stay, but these are things that should not really occur in a 5-star experience. Despite these points of attention, we still had a good time thanks to the comfortable room and the friendly stay.
