- • Reception staff quite serious and not very empathetic, cafeteria staff not attentive to service, cafeteria customers have to get up to be served, not organized. You don't have to ask for things several times to be served. Great improvement would be if the staff were friendlier and better organized. The room where I stayed smelled like a drain, an annoying smell, the desk lamp without a switch, you had to unscrew the bulb to turn it off, indicating a lack of inspection and maintenance. The shower support does not fulfill its function, lack of maintenance. There are no amenities available at reception, barely a sewing kit and toothbrush.
The convenience of having a restaurant and cafeteria in the same hotel.

Good value for money.
Good value for money. The receptionist who attended us was very friendly, I asked her about places of interest nearby and she explained very kindly. The buffet breakfast was correct, but I missed having some eggs.
