Exceptional Hospitality
Indomitably exceptional quality of courtesy, professional and care portrayed by the front office, restaurant and housekeeping staff. Probably, one of my best stay experiences in Bangalore. Special thanks to the front office and restaurant team for their proactive attitude and out of the way approach, especially Ms. Hiteishi Mehta from the front desk and Ms. Linda from the restaurant.

Totally acceptable business hotel
Location is about half an hour away from Indiranagar, where the action is. Not bad but considering Bangalore traffic can get a bit tedious. Smaller foyer and entryway, but a nice warm feeling. Rooms are on the smaller side, but well appointed. No desk but round table which suffices. One irritation was that the WiFi stopped working for half a morning, and somehow also knocked out the TV. Couldn't get it to work again! Breakfast had a smaller offering but tasty. Loved the Filter Coffee outsourced to local Cafe. Bonvoy status recognized! :) Clean, tidy, well maintained, aside from the above issues.

Loved my stay
During my recent five-day stay at the Renaissance, the breakfast and lounge teams truly made my experience memorable. Snehashish, Ritwika, and Payel at breakfast were consistently warm, attentive, and made every morning feel welcoming - small touches like remembering preferences went a long way. Chef Arun and Chef Jai Prasad did an excellent job with the live counters, and were happy to accommodate requests with a smile. In the lounge, Chef Ravi consistently put out a great spread and was very accommodating with requests. Arunima, Rabika, and Shriya were fantastic - friendly, efficient, and always made sure I had everything I needed. A special shout-out to Shriya, as an ex-hotelier myself, I know exactly how much it takes to be that professional. She was amazingly warm, hospitable, and crisp, and that kind of service really goes a long way. Overall, the hospitality and warmth of this team made my stay so much better. Kudos to the entire breakfast and lounge staff for their consistency and care throughout my visit!
