Good hotel but not 5 stars
The hotel's location is very good. Cleanliness is ensured. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and varied. The massage is also excellent, one of the best I have had in hotels.

- • The biggest problem is that people who are not guests of the hotel can access the pool area at a very affordable price, creating a very low-class atmosphere. It felt like a cheap hotel. We didn't go to the pool anymore. Also, the bathrooms in the rooms are basic and not up to 5-star standards. Furthermore, the soundproofing is terrible, you can hear street noises and people shouting in the hallway at 4 am. We informed the reception but they did nothing.
