This is the Best Hotel in Kusadasi

So I see Tripadvisor now has AI to help write reviews for us, how lazy have we become...... So myself and My Girlfriend usually stay at the Ramada Resort, and before that the Golf & Spa in Soke. I gave both those properties 5 stars. However it is only when you go to a proper 5 Star Hotel that you realize the difference in Quality. Maybe it would be better if we had a mark of 10 to score from. Either way this Hotel would receive 5 or 10. Let's start with the Lobby. Simply when you walk into this hotel there is a sense of Grandeur, it's like you have stepped into a mix of tropical Forest and Cruise Ship. It really does take you a minute to take it all in. It's incredible and even after a week in the Lift going up and down and looking upon this Lobby , I never tired of it's grandeur. I love the Ramada resort but had been there this May and didn't do my usual Tripadvisor review. The Food was still brilliant and the Rooms excellent. But the Bars and Entertainment which for myself are the Soul of the Resort were gone. I found out that the Management team had in fact all left the Resort and gone to the Liberty. It was noticed greatly and hence I came to the Liberty on my second trip this year to turkey. Guess what....the Soul was here . The entertainment was amazing, the Manager Nihat Oze had brought his team with him and the Halloween show was brilliant. I saw kids entertained all day and non stop fun. Him and his team are truly brilliant. The Bar's this was the biggest difference, They don't use cheap spirits here, the Vodka is Smirnoff, it's real Bacardi. The Cocktails and blended and made with Ice in Glasses. The Mojito was made with crushed Ice. There was real Gin and Tonic. There was a huge list of Cocktails. There are a huge number of Bar's and A La Carte Restaurants, Mexican and Chinese were for myself the highlights, excellent food. Ahmed the Food and Beverage Management was so nice and always greeted us everyday and asked for feedback on food and drink. He really cared about us We stayed in a sea facing Room with jacuzzi Bath. The accommodation Manager Mert was incredibly helpful to find the exact Room we wanted. He could not have been more helpful and contacted us a number of times to check all was perfect. Again I will say we were really cared for by Mert. I am not going to say the Liberty was as Cheap as the Ramada. But honestly it was not much more when compared to what we got. I have stayed at the others and honestly I would pay the extra and never step back down again in quality. the Liberty is the best Hotel in Kusadasi full stop. I would recommend definitely staying here if coming to Kusadasi and thank you to the team for making our holiday amazing

Value for Money - superb holiday

Value for Money Following our one week holiday at the Liberty Kusadasi hotel (October half term), we had a great experience which was totally worth the money. There were a few downsides, which I’ll get out of the way first: 1. The Pools really are very chilly, yet we still managed to use them. The children’s splash park was the coldest of all the pools and this should be addressed as a priority for 2026. 2. As this was the last week of the hotel being open for the 2025 season, we could tell the hotel were cutting back with things tailing off (e.g. food and drink offerings being limited and the evening entertainment shows stopping midweek). Having said that, the few shows that were put on at the start of the week were excellent especially the Halloween party. 3. The buffet was mediocre at best, but this may tie into it being the last week of the season (no croissants at breakfast). 4. The smoothie and milkshake bar was great but annoying that they ran out of certain ice cream flavours. Now to the positives, and there were many. 1. Firstly, the benefit of being here at the end of the season with low crowds more than paid off for the tailing off food and entertainment, as not only were we given a complimentary room upgrade, but also a complimentary late check out, as well as an additional complimentary a la carte dinner. These really made up for the downsides. 2. The room size, views, quality of the beds were excellent. 3. The a la carte restaurants were brilliant (2 included complimentary as standard). We tried the Mexican and Asian - both had superb food offerings for the adults. Would recommend a few more choices for the children on these menus though. 4. The cocktails were top notch, for those where they had the ingredients still remaining in the hotel. 5. The water slides were a huge hit with the family, despite the freezing pools. 6. The beach was lovely and quiet and the kids had hours of fun on it. 7. The patisserie offered great speciality coffees, cakes and snacks. 8. No fighting for sunbeds whatsoever and had so many to choose from (this being due to it being the last week of the hotel being open). Would also note that we had a week of warm and sunny weather, so would certainly consider here again at the end of October each year. Overall, for the price we paid for the holiday compared to the quality of service and quality of the hotel, the holiday deserves a five star rating.

Lovely hotel, very clean, just choose your dates wisely.

Just back from a weeks holiday here in October 2025 half term and this is my honest review.... Hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere and an incredibly impressive lobby area. Even to the point where when it rained, a lady came out around the pool area to sweep away the excess water. Pool areas are lovely, plenty of sun loungers (no sunbed wars but possibly because we had iffy weather). Pools are cold though, but not to the point where no one goes in them. The middle pool is "heated" but what with i have no idea! Main pool is 140cm depth, "heated" pool is 100 - 140cm depth, slide pools are 120cm depth. Slides - Great fun and very fast. Be careful with the rubber ring slide though. There is supposedly a minimum weight limit of 40kg. My son had been going round and round and round, when he was suddenly stopped and weighed in at 37kg and told he couldn't go on it anymore. 30 minutes later, the lifeguard changed, and he then went back on it for the rest of the holiday with no problem whatsoever. Restaurant ok... typical buffet style affair with plenty of choice. Food could have been a little hotter at times, but everything was cooked thoroughly and no one in our party got a dodgy belly. People still push in despite the queue for food, and i would imagine in the summer the queue is even worse. We were lucky that the hotel was only half full for our week, if its full up i can imagine food times will be stressful! They could do with having a seperate cook to order section for popular items like chips, omllettes etc... A La Carte restaurants... We tried the Asian and the Mexican. Mexican by far the best choice, and a huge shout out to "Adem" the waiter. He was awesome! Asian restaurant was lovely but very small portions. We ended up going back into the buffet one afterwards! 24 hour bakery/coffee shop - Yes, you can get cake and ice cream, plus coffee 24/7. Milkshake bar - lovely milkshakes, open from 11 till 6 Staff - Generally very polite, friendly, and approachable. The ones in the buffet restaurant though could do with being a little more attentive. We sat for over 15 minutes before anyone came over and asked if we wanted water for the table etc.... Bars - We tried the lobby bar, timeless bar, and tokyo bar. All good with top label drinks. The queuing system is a bit of a pain as people still push in. Be careful when ordering the cocktails though. They don't always follow the recipe shown on the app and sometimes they look/taste completely different to what they are meant to! Shops - on site shops are well stocked (unless you wanted Haribos). Little pricey but to be expected when they are on site. You are not harrassed by the staff though which is lovely!! Entertainment - During the day, absolutely fine and good fun. Of an evening we felt it was very poot. The ampitheatre wasn't used due to the crappy weather, understandable, so they were using the convention centre space. No seating anywhere, just people milling around, and then when a convention turned up mid week, the entertainment stopped completely. Beach - didn't use so can't comment but looked nice on the evening we walked down to it. Poolside bar/restaurant - burgers, hotdogs, kebabs, salad etc all available from 10 till 6. Great food and nice and hot. Makes a change from going to the restaurant. Rooms - nice and spacious with rainfall shower, jacuzzi bath, 2 king size beds, and balcony. And shock horror, A/C that actually works!! My first time in Turkey where the a/c actually blows out cold. So there we go, that's what we thought of it. My only complaint is that they need a non-smoking area for the outside seating in the restaurant. We love eating alfresco style, but everytime you're out there, its just filled with smokers puffing away while you are trying to eat your food. It wouldn't take much to seperate the area 50:50 for smokers and non smokers. Also, as much as we would be happy to return to this hotel, we won't go back in October. As much as it's quieter with less people, stuff runs out and doesn't get replaced (ice cream, caramel shots for coffee, some food items in the buffet, Haribos in the shop etc). Even the pool side stage was being disassembled whilst we were in the pool. Would i go again - yes, absolutely.

Family & friends holiday!

We travelled as a group of 12 (6 adults & 6 teens) and we all had a fantastic time ☀️ Really good drinks, served in quality plastic glasses and tasty cocktails. Mango daiquiris and porn star martinis were a couple of our favourites🍹 The food at the buffet restaurant and snack bar were ok. The milkshake bar and the patisserie place, were both a good hit with us all 🍰🍦 We ate at the following a la carte restaurants, Turkish, Mexican & Asian. All 3 were really nice, and it was so good to all sit together and be waited on 🥳 Special shout out to Kamil in the Mexican restaurant. He was excellent and made our night. Thank you Kamil 😃 We would also like to say a special thank you to the lovely Yağmur on guest relations. Yağmur was always on hand to help with any enquiries we had, was so friendly and very knowledgeable, and booked our restaurant reservations. Thanks again ❤️ We all enjoyed Timeless bar for a quiet drink, and would then move onto Tokyo bar for a livelier atmosphere. We didn’t watch any of the live shows as we played games in the bars. Timeless doesn’t show Premier league games, so the men from our party went into town, which made a nice change. We were impressed with the large rooms, with a daily stocked mini bar, nice touch 🍻 We have made lots of fun memories, thank you Liberty Kusadasi 💫

Great hotel and stay but not like other liberty hotels

This is a lovely hotel but it definently doesnt feel like a 5* please dont compare it to other Liberty hotels. I feel that the hotel was starting to wind down for the end of the season. Minimal staff on the bars meaning queues, ice cream flavours running out. No smoothies in the smoothie and milkshake bar. One morning they even ran out of bread and croissants at breakfast and the A la cartes not open every night. The food selection for kids is the same every night chicken nuggets chips and spaghetti bolgenaise it became very samey. The food selection was nice enough for adults but could also become quite samey. Not enough fresh fruit selection! The pool areas are lovely and well kept and kept the kids entertainied well. The entertainment around the pool was great too. No issues with sunbeds! Would highly rate the kids club my daughter loved it. You could just pop them in and out as you fancied. The staff always greet you with a smile and my daughter felt very comfortable. Overall we have defo enjoyed our stay and was the relaxing last minute holiday we were hoping for. The hotel is lovely the rooms and internal are beautiful i think maybe staying at other hotels within the liberty chain made our expectations a little too high.

Beautiful hotel, great for families, couples. Wonderful staff

What a beautiful hotel. When you walk in there is water with fresh fruit waiting in you and a lovely big open space - we loved going up the lifts and just looking down at the inside of the building. The facilities were excellent, kids loved the pools, slide and indoor pool with a small outdoor section. Beds were really comfortable and rooms were a good size. There were so many sun loungers we always got one even if later on in the day. The sea next to the private beach was quite shallow in the area that was roped so good for paddling but not swimming or snorkelling as more mud/silt. We enjoyed the evening shows particularly the fireshow. Food was lovely as there was a huge range. Staff were excellent we felt so looked after, Humeyra was especially lovely and organised for our room to be decorated for my daughters birthday, there was a slice of cake and she booked the Mexican restaurant for the evening and popped in to make sure we were happy. Thank you to all the staff you really are amazing we had a wonderful holiday. Teşekkürler
