- • Room is very small but it's okay if you don't spend much time in the hotel, somewhat uncomfortable, the first day the TV didn't work and the fan was in bad condition but I managed to make it work, very serious staff in customer service, however, they helped me with an extra request, recommended if you're not going to spend much time, just to sleep

- • Was room 101, I didn't like the fact that I was close to the noise of the street and people talking. It was a last-minute check-in.
It was nice because the reception staff were super friendly and had a gift of service and advising the tourist.

- • A couple staying in the adjacent room had an argument, the police had to come and remove the man who was hitting the woman, and then the man returned and the hotel let him back in as if nothing had happened. I didn't like that because it compromised our safety by allowing that man back in.
