Hotel experience in the desert
As first-timers to Jordan, Wadi Rum was easily the best part of our week-long stay. The staff were just as kind, attentive and professional with setting up our transportation as they were on-site with our meals and tours. We’d especially like to thank Sultan, our local guide for the jeep tour, for sharing his love and knowledge of his home with us. We’d recommend him and Memories Aicha in a heartbeat.

Wadi Rum is a must do when visiting Jordan
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Hamza in the cave cafe was very attentive. Sultan our driver/guide was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer questions about his culture. He made a fire and brewed Arabic tea at sunset which was a highlight.

- • There were no maps to orient yourself in the place. No written information or brochures were available about what experiences were on offer.
Qudeimat Aisha Memories trip in Wadi Rum.
Staff were wonderful. Ahmad and jamal were exceptionally very helpful. I visited five years ago and Ahmad was there. Now I see him and somehow he remembered me. Such a delight to see Aisha, Wadi Rum and Ahmad. Abu bader who took us to the camp and his son Bader were so helpful and kind. They know Wadi Rum very well to say the least.

- • The heat did some work on the tents especially the rubber around the bathroom fan. The tents are dated by now. I suggest some modernization of the camp itself as in rooms and furniture. Still a great experience.
A beautiful experience with amazing views
Everything was perfect. I really enjoyed my time there and the staff were kind and had a lot of knowledge about the stars as the stargazing tour was cancelled because the moon was too bright that evening. The jeep tour and hot air balloon ride was amazing too. I was really sad to leave on checkout day!

Definitely a must if you go to Petra
Beautiful new hotel. Nour at the reception was super nice and helpful. Swimming pool excellent. The panoramic view is worth the stay. Great restaurant.Staff awesome.
