The boss gave us a great gift, one free night because of a broken jacuzzi. He fixed the jacuzzi for us and we were able to enjoy an extra night.

- • The communication with the hotel owners. There was a lot of noise and arguing among other hotel guests. The hotel is very noisy. You could hear different activities in the building. My friend was even threatened by one of the guests, so we packed our things, left the key in the mailbox, and left in the middle of the night. They were under the influence and smoking. The smell could be sensed throughout the hallway. Contacted the hotel owner. They were not pleasant. After several attempts to call, they stopped answering. Even though it says they are available 24/7. There was definitely an issue. No response so far. No email or message back. Very disappointing.

- • We paid for the jacuzzi in the room, but it kept draining every time we filled it. We reported this, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. We asked for a refund, but they didn't understand. They also spoke poor English.
