- • Improvement needed in arranging cars in front of the hotel, too many taxis waiting in front of the hotel to pick up guests, no space for private cars to pick up families staying at the hotel. I was fined for parking parallel to the taxi by the Traffic Police

- • The housekeeping service was very bad, the cleaning they do to the rooms is terrible, it lasted with a dirty dish throughout my stay, the cleaning was terrible
Good choice with a reasonable price
Good location, room setting is at good standard, valuable to the price. Can have nice sea view. Pool at 27th floor offers a great panorama view of Nha Trang Bay.
