Very cozy and adorable place!
It was the first trip to Cappadocia for our family, and it started with checking into this hotel. Thanks to it, our journey started great! Perfect service, rooms are clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and nice, always helped when we needed something. I would also like to highlight the administrator separately, a very kind, hospitable, and pleasant person. The restaurant on the hotel's premises was good as well. Prices are affordable, food is very tasty, and the service is at a high level. The waiter was very polite and respectful. The appearance of the hotel is a separate form of art! Room numbers are exactly in a mountain, and the view is very beautiful. So, this place is incredible, and I want to express my gratitude to this hotel and its staff. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Nice stay at Seraphim Cave hotel and sightseeing in Cappadocia
A very nice stay at this Cave hotel. Spacious room, quiet place, and very friendly staff, especially the reception team, very professional and thoughtful. My wife and I are frequent travelers experiencing high-class services all around the world. But their service here from the reception team is just excellent. If breakfast could be changed more or less daily, that would be perfect. Unfortunately, having the same set of foods every morning for four nights is just not funny and unacceptable at all for this middle-class (between 3 1/2 & 4 Stars) hotel and for the rates we paid. For a short stay of less than three nights, it is acceptable. For a longer stay of more than 3 nights, I would not recommend this hotel due to their breakfast. Otherwise, it is an excellent hotel in terms of professionalism and the hotel itself, nice surroundings, and less crowded.

The best hotel experience ever, by far.
We've traveled a lot as a family, and this was the best hotel experience we've ever had. Everything was perfect. Fantastic staff that felt like family. Extremely clean rooms. Amazing food. The hotel is very photogenic, and every single corner is beautiful whether in photos or in real life. This is the first time a hotel has exceeded expectations! If I could give the hotel 11 out of 10, I would.
