- • Dirty rooms, awful check-in experience, awful guest services manager, having to change my own sheets for 429$ a night. Lots more hotels that appreciate your business
Good location, good atmosphere, good service
A beautiful hotel in a very good location. A very dedicated staff... some small problems like the room not being cleaned at 4 pm but overall a good choice!

Le Germain is the go-to place in Ottawa. It is a sophisticated, quiet hotel with the best beds and rainshowers. We were given an upgraded room, and when the safe shorted out, were taken care of immediately. Special thanks to Christian and the valet service at the Front Desk for being so courteous and professional.

Excellence should be in the fine details
Beautiful room and lovely staff. However, I shouldn’t be seeing mouldy grout in the shower of such a high-end hotel. Breakfast was excellent in Norca but serving staff were completely overwhelmed by the number of guests.

Beautiful hotel and I loved my room. Especially enjoyed the accommodations and special requests that the Guest Experience manager Kunwar was able to provide for my stay. Thank you

Beautiful hotel! Staff were very welcoming. The bed was incredibly comfortable and they did a great job with the special request for our anniversary. I would definitely stay and recommend this hotel. The restaurant was also an amazing experience 10/10
