Nemea Appart Hotel Cannes Palais

Very inflexible regarding check out. Our flight was in the evening and we had to leave the apartment at 11 o'clock. It was only cleaned once in 1 week.

Pleasant stay. Excellent services, with indoor pool, sauna, and gym. The room was nice and spacious, although a little maintenance wouldn't hurt.

Loved big modern rooms, nice amenities, and very convenient central location.

Very bad hotel, too dirty. I booked for 4 nights and when I arrived, after 15 minutes I checked out due to terrible cleaning.

Basic breakfast, even more basic gym, and the fact that cleaning is not included is a bit disappointing.

The property access was unclear. Once we entered, we were told to move to a different spot. After checking in, we went to the room only to find a small apartment with holes in the curtains, a shower with multiple issues, and dirty couches. The location is not the best for new visitors. We ended up checking out early and renting a different place.

The room is good but still waiting for my security deposit, which has not been refunded to my account. It is very hard to contact them. Better to pay in cash than card 😅

Close to the main town. Very good facilities and very helpful staff.

This property is a 15-minute walk from the train station and roughly 30 minutes from the beach and shopping areas. It is not convenient if you plan to walk, and I didn't find the staff accommodating.

Some of the staff were great, but 2 were rude and unhelpful. I also didn’t like taking out my own trash. If you want guests to take out their own trash, you should provide more durable bags and more than one, especially if you have to leave the building to take the trash out.
