Unforgettable Experience
Great service, great food, smiling restaurant and executive lounge staff, and very patient with customers. They made my stay very pleasant. Louis Amartey was particularly helpful, as was Chef Enoch, who saved me from choking on food. I recommend Marriott, Accra to all visiting Ghana.

I stayed at the Accra Marriott Hotel. The Atmosphere was charming. The room was meticulously taken care of by Patience. Her charm is adorable. I thoroughly appreciate the birthday gifts I got from the hotel manager and the birthday welcome I found in the room when I came in that day. Thank you Patience. Keep up the good work.

I had an excellent stay at the Accra Marriott and was very impressed with the overall service and experience. I especially want to recognize Juliet, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that my suite had been intentionally prepared with care, and as a Titanium Elite member, that level of attention made me feel genuinely valued and special. I had several virtual work meetings during my stay, and she thoughtfully ensured my preference for a quiet wing was perfectly accommodated, responded promptly to all my questions, and consistently checked in to make sure everything was going well. Her thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guest experience truly stood out. She represents the Marriott brand with such excellence and embodies the kind of service that makes guests feel valued and want to return. I’ll surely stay again.

I had the most wonderful stay! It was my birthday and the front desk team made it an extra special one. Lily Mensah in particular went above and beyond to make my experience truly memorable, arranging a cake, a beautiful bouquet of flowers, decorating my room, and let's not forget the fabulous singing! This will be the second time Lily has shown me first-class customer service, making me feel truly welcomed and catered for. I look forward to returning again soon.
