We stayed at Forenom Aparthotel Oslo from June 1 to June 3. Unfortunately, it was a very uncomfortable and unsettling experience for us. The location itself did not feel safe, especially in the evening. The most disturbing issue was the entrance system. As soon as you enter the door code and try to get inside, some people outside also try to enter the building with you. This was extremely uncomfortable and made us feel unsafe, especially as a family. There is no reception and no security staff at the entrance, which made the situation feel even worse. A code-based check-in system may seem practical, but in this area and under these circumstances, it does not provide a proper sense of security. I definitely would not recommend it for families or anyone concerned about safety. I would not stay here again.

- • The room was not cleaned properly Location. The impression that you are in Turkey or somewhere in the East, not in Norway. (Large number of migrants)

- • small, hotter as outside so affecting night sleep, bedrooms were behind glass doors, which you could not close with curtains
