- • I asked on the 2nd stay of stay to clean the room, pressed clean room button before 2 times while leaving the room for a long time, no one came to clean

- • 1. Low quality of the food, food and room service attention very bad. Nobody answered, nobody came to pick up the used plates and glasses. 2. The phone service from the room is non-existent. At times we called 5 times to all available services trying to get attention, we did not get any response on any line. This happened on both nights. 3. The gym is neglected, users barefoot. This is uncomfortable due to the fear of a possible accident. Children under 12 years old using the equipment. Uncomfortable due to a possible accident. 4. The quality of breakfast has dropped a lot. Offers with trays without the food. For example, tahini is announced and it is only chickpea puree, if with other dishes. 5. At check out they told me that it was not possible to give me the invoice, that they would send it later by mail, it has not arrived yet. I needed it at that moment to verify the charges and deliver it to the company. The value for money is terrible, what they promise is a deception.
