I would not stay here again.
It was less expensive than some other hotels. The bed was comfortable. The room was adequately clean. Secure with code to enter the hotel from the street.

- • Surrounded by a large homeless population. Noisy sports bar across the street. Parking was in a costly and confusing parking garage a couple of blocks away. The shower door would not shut. Very small bathroom with very tiny sink.

The staff is the best
All the staff were friendly and kind. Even without cleaning, amenities such as towels and water could be obtained by asking each time. The security is solid. Unlimited use of coffee and hot water was delicious. There was an outlet near the pillow. The heater was on, and wet items could be dried quickly.

- • It would have been nice to have a full-length mirror in the room. There is no refrigerator in the room. The doors of the toilet and shower do not close completely and remain slightly ajar.

- • There were junkies at the entrance. It was often difficult to enter. There was also a World Cup period, and the sports bar across the street was noisy until late at night.

- • Room located on the 2nd floor directly on SteCatherine. City workers cleaned the street @7am in the morning and repeatedly. It was extremely noisy.
