Loved the location, great selection at buffet breakfast. Poolside was great and facilities (massages/play room etc) exceptional

- • We asked to be upgraded (and would pay) and each time they told us they would inform us later but never did. No streaming services avail in the rooms, only one snorkel avail so needed to wait for other guests to finish.
All in all, the stay was good and relaxing.
Friendly and attentive staff, there was always water and towels at the beach and pool. The activities offered at the beach.

Wonderful Stay, We’ll Comeback!
Very happy to stay at Seda Lio. Although it rained every day, we still enjoyed our holiday very much. The resort is beautiful, very peaceful, and all the staff are so warm and efficient. They always help us with a big smile, so we feel very comfortable during our whole stay. We already decided to come back again soon, hopefully with sunny weather next time. During our check-out, Miggy helped us very efficiently and made everything smooth and easy. His service is very warm, professional, and caring. We feel very touched by his kindness. Thank you, Miggy, and thank you, Seda Lio, for giving us such a happy and memorable holiday. We highly recommend this resort!

Seda Lio saved our vacation
Seda Lio saved our trip! After realizing our booked hotel was not as advertised and a sense of danger was in the air, I had to find a hotel ASAP. It was about 8-9pm, I couldn’t get a hold of my concierge service so I looked online and was grateful to have been able to book 4 rooms last minute. Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiles, provided welcome drinks, and the atmosphere instantly calmed my family. We knew our trip was saved. Each interaction with staff was friendly and professional. The food, facilities, rooms were all great. Highly recommend Seda Lio as it is a hotel that prides itself on great customer service, cleanliness, and luxury. Feel at ease as your vacation needs to feel like a vacation. I was quite happy with Seda Lio.

WOW! These guys are brilliant. They really know how to make you feel welcome, and give an amazing experience.
