The personnel was very friendly and helpful. There are a couple of parking spots right in front of the hotel which was perfect. The rooms were spacious.

- • Our airconditioning unit didn't work well: the little amount of cold air hardly cooled our room, no matter what we tried. There was no filter in the bathroom to keep out the sewer smells. Especially in the mornings the smell was very pungent.

Excellent hotel, I recommend. There is everything you need.
Location. Staff. The room is large and comfortable. Everything worked. It was clean for 6 days. And we are satisfied.

- • We booked two triple rooms while we are a couple with four children, including a one-year-old and a six-year-old. They blackmailed us claiming that the reservation was for four adults. They did not mention the children in the reservation, and we were asked to pay 1000 liras for each child. We refused and were forced to pay 500 liras in cash because we arrived tired from traveling and did not want to prolong the discussion. When we received the rooms, we were surprised by the absence of a water bottle, as in all types of accommodation worldwide. When we asked for a water bottle, they mentioned that it was not free and required payment, so I went to the supermarket and bought a carton of water. When we asked for an iron, they responded that it was not available. As for breakfast, it is limited in variety and very simple, not meeting your expectations.
The whole hotel is very well located, the room is spacious, clean with air conditioning, fridge, and breakfast included.
