Honestly nothing. I didn't like anything

- • I didn't like anything. The structure was dirty, the reception was cold, felt like in a horror movie, the TV was old and not smart, the shower looked like one from a prison and very dirty, the room full of dust. Also, if you go out, you have to pray to God that someone is there when you return, otherwise you have to wait for half an hour
A quiet place in the Salé medina and close to the marina
The welcoming from the staff Saba and Hassan is very warm and kind. The room was very spacious and the bedding very comfortable

- • The only downside is that entering or leaving the Riad is not autonomous!
A disaster. We left the place to find a more hygienic accommodation at 10 pm

- • The cold welcome made us feel like we were bothering them by arriving at 9 pm. Breakfast was scheduled for 8:30, which was too late for us. In 3 minutes of presence in the dark room, my companion was bitten by a bedbug...

- • The Riad is too crowded with furniture. The bathroom in the suite smelled strongly of the toilet, and the door could not be closed

- • The welcome is very basic. You can feel the staff's willingness to do well, but they are overwhelmed. The room was not ready upon arrival. We had to make the children's beds ourselves. Pile of laundry and ironing board in the middle of the decor. Breakfast was not ready at the specified time. The cleaning is just okay. The facilities, especially the bathroom, are basic. The restaurant prices are exorbitant. You can feel the cash machine business
Traditional riad located in the Salè neighborhood, just outside Rabat but easily accessible by tram or short taxi ride. A nice building, amazing breakfast cooked by the owner on the beautiful terrace on the roof. The staff is always available and very nice, with a restaurant at the hotel. Very good value for money, a relaxing stay, a very classic riad

- • The rooms have a bit of an old-style riad feel, and some of them are very dark and could be humid in colder months. Some rooms don't have windows, so you only have light coming from the inner courtyard. You always need to ask the property owners to open the door for you when you leave/enter, which is a bit annoying if you leave early or come back late, and other guests ringing the bell to enter make noise throughout the property. I think this is a small improvement that should be addressed. Other than that, it was a very good stay
👎 Disliked
- • 1. The accommodation is located in the local old town area, but as a foreigner, it's not highly recommended to stay there alone, as safety when going out can be a concern. 2. Since the hotel is combined with a restaurant, there are food smells in the rooms. 3. The sound insulation is not very good—you can hear noise from the restaurant, and at night, you may also hear loud sounds from other buildings. 4. The water pressure in the shower is relatively weak.
A warm welcome from Sabah and Hassan. Comfortable bedding in the blue room. Quiet neighborhood

Salé is well located. But then it takes time on-site.
The location is good; parking at the house and yet almost in the middle. That works well. The overall impression of the house is okay.

- • Our room was very small. The waiting time in the restaurant - until something really came: first drinks and much later something to eat - was already above average. The completely overwhelmed lady at the front office, who seemed to have no energy left - for anything. That made us a bit uneasy, but didn't change the overall situation. The next day, the overall impression of the whole house with additional staff was completely confirmed. Everyone completely exhausted - do not expect too much and especially not too quickly. Otherwise, everything is good.
