Central, comfortable and good welcome
The location is very good for moving around, easy access to the metro and buses. Large and comfortable room. The staff is very helpful and friendly. A personalized welcome note was waiting for us in the room upon our arrival, which was nice.

Bedroom and private bathroom extraordinarily comfortable!
The bedroom and the bathroom are exceptionally spacious and comfortable. The staff speaks English and is helpful.

Really nice and spacious hotel room. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of room for large luggage to be opened. We especially loved the bathroom, with a nice shower with a sit-down bench and bath. The location is good, a short walk to two stations on the Karasuma line, Nishiki market, and not too far from Pontocho alley/Gion on foot. Highly recommended for the price we paid.

- • Nothing really, all good. We had breakfast included, which was great to have that option, and they kind of give you a variety of breakfast options on a platter. It's not the greatest, but when it's included, it's a good option as we found very few cafes open for breakfast (7-8 am) in Kyoto.

I absolutely recommend this hotel! I would definitely come back. The service is great, super nice room. The bathroom and the beds are the most comfortable I've had in Japan. Thank you so much!

Great hotel! Very comfortable bed! Convenient location.
Hotel in a nice neighborhood, a 5-minute walk from the metro and a 10-15 minute walk to the lovely riverside district full of excellent restaurants. Breakfast in the room but well provided, the room is spacious and very welcoming. Large and great shower. The best part? The most comfortable bed of all the hotels we stayed at in Japan! It alone deserves a 10!

- • TV volume, even on Max, was virtually impossible to understand. The use of the TV was also extremely difficult as it required installing a proprietary free TV membership to access much of the content, and the instructions were only in Japanese. Breakfast was only average.
