This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and the experience was pretty consistent - friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, swimming pool with rooftop views, delicious breakfast at the restaurant and good food and drinks at the rooftop bar

- • I saw a big cockroach….but it’s downtown I expected it.

- • - A lot of humidity in the room. The towels and bed sheets always felt damp, regardless of the air conditioning setting - No coffee machine - No Q-tips, no body lotion, and no shower cap - No bathrobes - No shoehorn - No iron - No mini bar - No complimentary bottles of water
