More than strategic location to visit Genoa. The property has rooms on the first floor and two rooms on the fifth floor (with elevator). The two rooms are separated by a large room always available to guests for hot and cold drinks. There is a refrigerator and a microwave available. These two rooms, however, have the advantage of sharing a terrace. With a spiral staircase, you can climb to another higher terrace to enjoy a beautiful view of Genoa. Room and surroundings very clean. In the room, I had a skylight window above the bed and another window that was too high for me, but I used the good air conditioning system positioned to ensure a cool night's rest despite the high temperatures of these days. Important thing: it's quiet. Kind and helpful owners. The property is in an area full of bars and restaurants.

The location of the property was ideal and in the old town within walking distance to the city aquarium, the main parking lot (for those with cars), and the metro station. Its proximity was also advantageous as a starting point to visit key tourist sites on foot (such as the Palazzo Ducale, Piazza Ferrari, San Lorenzo cathedral, or the Giardino Luzzati) along with discovering a large choice of restaurants, bars, and cafes situated in the neighborhood. The room itself was large, well air-conditioned, and very clean. The room also provided convenient access to the balcony and rooftop terrace, which offered nice views of the port, the sea, historical monuments, and the surrounding city where you could have a relaxing aperitif, snack, or simply take in the view. Overall, well worth staying there.
