- • Sink was clogged, asked staff to fix it. Did not happen. Disgusting to wash hands or teeth due to it. Location, area was not good for families especially during the night.
The rooms are not what they seem
The hotel has a good location, close to the historic center. Although the area does not look very safe. It works for a very short stay, where you only go to bathe and sleep one night.

- • The room looks nothing like the one in the photo when I made the reservation. It had dirty walls, improvised furniture, parts of the wall unpainted or damaged, there was nowhere to plug in equipment near the bed, it had no ventilation or any lighting: zero windows.

- • The location and the surroundings were catastrophic. Most guests were walk-ins because it is an hourly hotel. I find it outrageous that this hotel is even offered through Booking. The environment smells like urine and is absolutely littered.
