- • It was a bit small. No chair to sit on, no table with a kettle for a hot drink. Nowhere to hang your coats. Only got one pillow. Window was small. Just nowhere to put your clothes.

- • No desk or place to set bags down. Bathroom door cannot close properly. Window does not ventilate well. Room was cramped.

- • I didn't like that the bathroom is small, the room has no wardrobe or table to leave luggage, they have to be on the floor. The room is only cleaned once every six days, beds are not made, towels can be changed but you have to request them at reception and used ones are not removed, you have to leave them in the room. If you want them to store your luggage, they charge 5 pounds per day, although we couldn't leave them because the place is small and was full.

- • There is not a lot of furniture; sometimes we need a chair just to sit on and read some books or have a drink.

- • The mattress was extremely firm. When I tried to sleep on my chest, I could hear springs squeak in rhythm with my breathing. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 11.5 stones. I'm definitely not a fat guy.
