Child friendly but BAD
Coffee and warm milk at breakfast were probably the best part. Security was nice. They check wrist bands so nobody is wandering in. The garden was cute

- • Check in man was rude and just nasty vibes. Wet floor paint everywhere not blocked off. Got paint everywhere. Flies all over breakfast. Breakfast lady was rude. Holes in hotel room walls around all the light fixtures right above the bed. Price point was one of the highest for child friendly hotels but it was not good. Will not allow pool use after check out. Really ruined the vibe.

- • I made a reservation with booking and they charged me extra soles. On June 23, the exchange rate was 3.39 soles per dollar... and they gave me the rate of 3.5. I told the hotel and they charged me at a rate of 3.5 soles per dollar. When booking clearly states that it will be charged at the exchange rate at the time... so in the end they made up that rate and charged me at that rate despite me telling them several times

- • There could have been more amenities in the rooms. A second bathroom in the other room would have been nice. instead of sharing 1 bathroom

- • I had trouble entering the room, the door could not be easily opened, they need to change or maintain the lock
The breakfast was quite varied, on weekends they change the 'menu' and it is a local breakfast, very delicious (our stay was from Thursday to Sunday)

- • I liked everything, the staff was super friendly and above all attentive, my mother is an elderly person (97 years old) and everyone (even the security guard) was attentive to her well-being, especially making sure she felt cared for (my mother is an independent person, she does not use a wheelchair or cane).
