- • Very dark room even with all the lights turned on. Toilet handle kept coming off. Not enough outlets in general.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and we especially want to thank James for his outstanding service. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. When we needed extra pillows and a blanket for our child, James went out of his way to help us and made sure everything was arranged quickly and thoughtfully. His warm attitude and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. James is a great example of excellent hospitality and a real asset to the hotel. We are very happy with our stay and truly appreciate both James and the hotel team for making our experience so pleasant and memorable. Highly recommended!
