Lovely two days in Montreal.
Lovely clean room in a well-maintained property. Breakfast offered a good range of freshly cooked dishes.

- • The dining room was very noisy in the evenings, which meant I didn't eat in their restaurant.
Downtown Montreal grand style beauty.
Like an old lady in the center of downtown Montreal, a revamped location brings glamour to our stay. Very nice traditional & historical restaurant location, Henri brasserie, downstairs offering breakfast and all-day services, with outdoor option. Valet parking for our car was top and fast service.

- • A bit too much gold & bling-bling in the decoration of the lobby did not fit the traditional building architecture. Elevators were just a few for all 5 floors service, and waiting time not convenient.
Several issues with the room reported to management.
Great location. Good amenities.

- • Room had several faults. Air conditioning didn’t work. Room temperature was in the 80s. We had to change rooms after spending a sleepless night there.

- • We booked for 4 persons. When we arrived late in the evening, the couch was not opened. I called the reception and they said we have to fix the second bed on our own. Furthermore, the couch mattress was not comfortable. The hotel gym was poor.
