It always makes you want to come back
The service is great, the rooftop bar is great, the comfort and cleanliness of the room were impeccable. The service of carrying the luggage to the room and putting it in the car on departure, 10 out of 10. I remember finding it very courteous and polite!

- • Traditionally, I go to B. Hotel and the breakfast expectation is high. There was no bacon on the first day (but they made it especially for me) and the almond croissant (this one was not available). That was frustrating, but it does not discredit the entire service. And a small confusion with my order at the pool, but they explained that it was a freelancer.

A beautiful and well-located place.
The accommodations are extremely comfortable. The Bar 16 menu is exceptional. And the architecture is beautiful. The breakfast service is excellent and the gym renovation was great.

- • I asked about the Beauty space and they answered me about accommodating more people and rates. My intention was to have the makeup artist in another space. I see that they did not pay attention and responded automatically or with AI. I asked for a delivery and the guy was feeling the bags and talking loudly about the contents. In my case, they were socks but there was embarrassment regarding the content of deliveries that were not mine. Finally, more towels would be welcome.
