Fantastic hotel with outstanding staff. Very good location, top rooms and above all an incredibly attentive and courteous staff. Especially the concierge is noteworthy.

Wonderful stay at a wonderful old hotel
We liked the breakfast - particularly because we could also order off the menu. But a special shout-out goes to Daniella who went above and beyond the call to meet our needs relative to observing the eclipse.

- • Arranged a private transfer through the hotel, driver not there and had to wait 40 minutes for pick up. The hotel was apologetic and reimbursed us for half the fare.
Great boutique hotel in superb location for a Palma city break
Great location in the old town, real friendly helpful staff, great room, clean throughout and excellent breakfast. Roof top and plunge pool were a bonus and the spa facilities were great. Daniela at the front desk was particularly helpful in sorting and making our stay a memorable one.

Excellent and beautiful boutique hotel in a prime location
The location was excellent and the staff was so friendly and informative. The interiors are beautiful and the rooftop with the swimming pool was so welcoming. Great sauna and spa too. Would love to stay here again.
