Excellent Service
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we arrived at the port we were greeted by the very friendly and accommodating staffs. Upon check in Geraldin assisted us and gave us a warm welcome to the hotel and provided us with an excellent service. The hotel location is very convenient, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. If you guys are looking for a hotel in Boracay, I highly recommend Hennnan Palm if you want comfort, excellent service, and a memorable stay. I would definitely love to come back here

HENNAN PALM
his is our second time visiting Boracay, and we absolutely love staying at Henann Resorts. During our first trip, we stayed at Henann Crystal Sands, and we were amazed by its beautiful infinity pool, excellent location, and outstanding service. This time, we’re staying at Henann Palm Beach, and once again, we’ve had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, the staff are all warm, friendly, and courteous, and the breakfast buffet is excellent with a great variety of food. We would especially like to commend Oscar, one of the wait staff, for providing exceptional and outstanding service. He was attentive, professional, and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. That said, all of the restaurant staff have been fantastic and consistently provide excellent service. Overall, every member of the Henann Palm Beach team has gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We’d also like to give special recognition to the housekeeping staff. While we were out enjoying outdoor activities, they cleaned our room impeccably. I accidentally left my purse open because I was in a hurry, but when we returned, all of my valuables and money were exactly as I had left them. Their honesty and professionalism truly deserve recognition. We will definitely come back to Boracay, and without a doubt, we’ll stay at Henann Palm Beach again. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for excellent service, a great location, and a memorable vacation experience. Keep up the outstanding work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Hennan way
The Hennan Palm is an excellent resort to stay. We felt it was a step down to the Hennan Crystal Sands Resort, but in a positive way. It gave us value, quality and location and still retain the hospitality that the Hennan Group is know for. The front desk and wait staff were outstanding and will go out of their way in giving you the best hospitality. You are always greeted with a welcoming smile. We recommend the Hennan Palm Beach Hotel, and plan on returning on our next visit.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived until check-out. A special thank you to Oscar at the buffet breakfast for his warm hospitality and attentive service, and to Arjay and Honey from housekeeping for keeping our room spotless and making our stay so comfortable. The accommodations were beautiful, and the view was simply spectacular. We also treated ourselves to the poolside massage, and it was one of the highlights of our stay. Comfy place
Amazing stay even though it was for a short period, the rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. One of the best part of the stay was the huge breakfast spread, we were lucky enough to be everyday welcomed by Oscar, very polite and pleasing personality 😀
