Overall, I would give it a 3 out of 10. For the restaurant, I would give it a maximum of 5 out of 10 for the rooms because the hotel is tired
I have been vacationing in Boracay for 5 years. This is my second time at Palm Beach in Henann. The hotel is already tired, the restaurant is not good, there are no Muslim dishes. Everything is cooked in pork oil and from pork. We asked several times, but there was no positive response for us.

- • I didn't like how rudely we were treated at the reception. I understand it's their country and their hotel, but we are guests after all. They explained to us in a rude tone that smoking is not allowed, even though we told them we only had an electronic cigarette. They didn't calm down and finished our greeting and check-in with a bad tone. I won't stay there again. I prefer Mövenpick and the new hotels that will open in 2027.
