Pleasant stay in the heart of Lisbon!
We had a good experience staying at Hotel da Baixa in Lisbon and are ready to recommend it to those who appreciate comfort and an ideal location. The hotel's location is superb! It is right in the heart of Lisbon, literally steps away from all the main attractions. The waterfront, atmospheric streets, best museums, and historical sites - all within walking distance, which made our acquaintance with the city as convenient and pleasant as possible. The room was clean and tidy, and the Wi-Fi worked steadily and without issues throughout our stay. The hotel staff was always ready to help, answer any questions, and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their attentiveness and responsiveness deserve high praise. Overall, Hotel da Baixa in Lisbon is a great choice for those looking for a convenient accommodation option in the center. On our next trip, we will probably consider other accommodation options to find something more suitable for our family.

- • Breakfast was included in the room rate. As is often the case in 4-star hotels, it was quite standard, so we preferred to have breakfast at authentic cafes nearby. Unfortunately, it should be noted that the administrator in the breakfast area was not very hospitable and friendly. A small disappointment was that the room was not very suitable for accommodating three people. There was very little space for the third guest and luggage, and the door to the bathroom was difficult to close. These points should be addressed by the staff in the future.

- • In the toilet, there is a big window facing other windows across the street, but the roller blind is half-transparent!!! How??? Why??? There is a nail behind the sink in the toilet. And if you add a bed - it is super uncomfortable - you just drop down inside. And the price... - this price is not for this type of hotel. Overpriced too much.
Wonderful experience. Great location.
Pedro Falcao was absolutely superb. His walking tour was fabulous. Great knowledge of the history of Lisbon. Very helpful during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the Baixa hotel.

Excellent Stay
Felt very welcomed and experienced excellent customer service. Breakfast was delicious and they went above and beyond to celebrate my mom’s birthday at breakfast with cake and champagne. Couldn’t have been more satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location, great personal touches, comfortable bed
Love the location - it’s central to walk around and explore but… just be careful not to go eat at any of the restaurants on the streets where they have menus with pictures. Our walking tour with Pedro ended up taking close to 3 hours… because he so generously went into so many stories and history and insights. Priceless! Love the fact that the hotel provides small benefits - complimentary coffee, sparkling wine, and snacks. It’s the small little things that count.
